Summer Mayhem 3's

Summer Mayhem is all about community, teamwork, and pushing your limits—no matter your experience level. Teams are made up of same-sex trios, and everyone is welcome, from seasoned competitors to first-timers looking for their first taste of the action.

What makes Summer Mayhem awesome? You don’t have to register for an RX or Scaled division up front. Instead, your team can choose to go RX or Scaled for each individual workout—giving you the flexibility to play to your strengths and have fun with the challenge. RX workouts will score higher on the leaderboard than Scaled, so you can strategize as a team and chase that top spot!

The focus is on teamwork, community, and friendly competition. Every workout is designed to be inclusive and challenging, with a supportive, high-energy atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or brand new to competing, you’ll feel right at home.
