2 Minutes Rest/Transition

20 Minutes Bike Erg

2 Minutes Rest / Transition

20 Minutes Row Erg

Scored in Calories, Total cals accummulated over the three Ergs.

Can be done Solo or as a Pair (Male/Female or Mixed) with associated age groups for each as follows:-

The top 12 in each category over the course of the season go forward to the UK Driathlon Finals
