- M/M & F/F teams of 2  - Shirts and name placards included in sign up

Standards: Intermediate - competes in the CrossFit Open and Quarterfinals, can do some of the workouts RX but might lack some higher level gymnastics and heavier barbell cycling RX - Intermediate - competes in the CrossFit Open,  Quarterfinals and potentially Semifinals , can do all of the workouts RX
