2026 Barbarian Brawl

• Pottstown Athletic Club is happy to announce to be hosting our 2nd  Crossfit Competition on Saturday August 15th Individual style M/F (RX, Scaled) will be throwing down in 3 challenging events and 1 floater

Cost is $80 per person RX/Scaled divisions

Early Bird Pricing is $65 from April 6th through July 15th!!

RX weights and movement standards:

*CTB pull-ups

Rower

DB C&J (35#/50#) 

Deadlifts (95#/135#)

*Double Unders

Burpee box jump overs (20"/24")

Max Snatch

Ski erg

Thrusters (95#/135#) 

*Toes to Bar

All movements performed for reps.  RX athletes are expected to have completed the CrossFit Open as prescribed.

Scaled weights and movement standards:

*Jumping Pull-ups

Rower

DB C&J (20#/35#)

Deadlifts  (65#/95#)

*Single- Unders

 Burpee Box Step Overs (20"/24")

Max Snatch

Ski erg

Thrusters (65#/95#)

Hanging knee raises

All movements performed for reps. *  This division is for athletes that may have needed to scale some of the CrossFit Open
