BATTLE OF BENTON PAIRS IS BACK FOR 2026!

Ready to test your fitness, teamwork, and grit? Grab your favorite training partner and secure your spot at one of the most exciting fitness competitions on the local circuit!

Here’s everything you need to know to get involved and feel confident signing up:

DIVISIONS & CATEGORIES

• Two divisions: RX and Scaled, so you can compete at your skill level and experience.

• Three categories: M/M, F/F, and M/F pairs, letting you choose your ideal teammate.

EVENT DETAILS

• Date: Sunday, 14th June 2026

• Location: Benton Gym, with both indoor and outdoor arenas running simultaneously for maximum action and variety.

• Format: Compete across 5 scored events in a 10-lane setup inspired by big-stage competitions.

Our workouts are expertly programmed by CrossFit Games athletes Ben and Ricky Garard, ensuring an inclusive, fun, and challenging experience. Every event and time cap has been trialed and tested with everyday Benton Gym members, making sure it's accessible for all fitness levels:

• Scaled Division: Designed for beginner to intermediate athletes.

• RX Division: Perfect for intermediate to advanced competitors. Events allow teamwork on certain movements, so you and your partner can strategize and support each other throughout the day.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

• Electric atmosphere: Live DJ and cheering crowds.

• Supportive environment: Viewing areas for family and friends.

• Extras to keep you going: Food trucks to stay fueled. Vendors showcasing the latest gear. Recovery area with ice baths, massage guns, and Normatec boots.

PRIZES

• RX Winners: $1,000 cash prize for each category!

• Scaled Winners: Awesome prize packs for each category.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

• Rego opens: 6:00 PM, Thursday 26th March 2026.

• Team cap: Maximum of 30 teams per category (RX & Scaled). Once full, registration closes - so act fast!

• Past events sold out in under a month in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unforgettable event.
