On Sunday August 23rd, G-Force CrossFit is bringing a brand new competition to the Functional Fitness community, completely separate to our South Wars Event.

• Teams of 4 - MM and FF
• One Open division only
• 1 x 60 minute workout

• Functional movements.
• Non stop work with your team.
• Built for teams with big engines that love a serious grind.
• Big cash prizes for the winning team.

NOTES: No parking on site. Parking on the day will be:

• Street parking
• Free council parking across the highway or near Flower Power (please do not park in other premises)
