Get ready, young athletes
We’re excited to host the second Kids & Teens HYROX Event at Cristini Athletics on May 24th, 2026. Each division will take on age-appropriate HYROX-style workouts with a 20 minute time cap that combine running and functional movements.
Test your strength and endurance in a supportive and high-energy environment. Expect a day packed with energy, movement, and fun competition!
Age Divisions:
🟢 8–10 years old 🔵 11–13 years old 🔴 14–16 years old
