About this competition
A FUNctional fitness competition designed to inspire confidence, build resilience, & celebrate the next generation of athletes.
Hosted in beautiful Muskoka this June, this event brings together young athletes ages 4–17 for a day of high-energy competition, community spirit, & personal achievement. Athletes will compete in age-appropriate workouts that test speed, strength, coordination, and endurance — all programmed with fun, safety, and development in mind.
Whether it’s a first competition or the next step in a competitive journey, the Muskoka Nextgen Fitness Open is where young athletes rise.
All athletes excluding those in the Tiny Titans division will be competing for a place on the podium! Tiny Titans division heats will be in the morning & finish before noon.
