About this competition
Get ready for the ultimate way to close out the summer. On August 16, we’re bringing the energy, the competition, and the community together for our annual in-house CrossFit competition — and this year is shaping up to be our biggest and most fun yet. Expect challenging workouts, loud cheering, great vibes, and the kind of atmosphere that reminds you why you love this gym in the first place.
Teams of two will take on a full day of sweat, strategy, grit, and a little bit of chaos. While MF teams are preferred, all team combinations are welcome. Whether you’re chasing the podium or just signing up for a fun day with your training partner, this event is for everyone. Grab your teammate, start planning your matching outfits, and get ready for some unforgettable workouts, community spirit, and a summer sendoff you won’t want to miss.
