TIER is a high-octane Hyrox Sim designed to test your cardiovascular engine and functional strength. Hosted by BECC and TIER1 Supplements, this community-driven event follows continuous running and a 7-station functional circuit. Whether you’re prepping for an official race or testing your grit, come find your TIER in the 1000 Islands.

Format: Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed Doubles.

Standards: Full movement standards will be available when registration opens. Heat Times: Will be released by email, 7 days prior to the event (May 30, 2026).

REFUND & SUBSTITUTE POLICY Refunds: All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for this event, transferes are suggested.

Substitutes: We understand things happen! You may substitute a partner up until 48 hours before the event. Please email your request to info@becc.ca to update your spot.

Division Changes: Swapping between Mens/Womens/Mixed is permitted only if space in the heat schedule allows. CHECK-IN & GEAR Check-In: Opens at 8:00 AM. Athletes must be checked in at least 45 minutes before their assigned heat. Gear: Standard gym attire. Note: Knees sleeves and weight belts are permitted. Hydration: TIER1 Supplements will provide a dedicated recovery and hydration zone for all competitors.
