A Women’s Partner Fitness Competition

Two gyms. One community. A whole lot of strong women.

We’re teaming up to bring you an all-women’s partner competition built around strength, teamwork, and a little friendly competition!

This event is designed specifically for beginner and intermediate athletes who are ready to challenge themselves, have some fun, and experience the energy of competition alongside a partner.

No technical lifts. No complicated movements. Just approachable, challenging workouts that test your strength, endurance, grit, and ability to work together.

Whether this is your first competition or you’ve competed before, our goal is to create an environment where women of different fitness levels can show up, push themselves, and have a great time doing it.

 

EVENT DETAILS & GUIDELINES

Teams: Female pairs only.

Experience Level: Beginner and intermediate athletes welcome.

Movements: No technical or highly skilled lifts or gymnastics movements will be programmed.

Athlete Substitutions: Substitutions are permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice before the competition begins.

Parking: Parking will be available throughout the industrial park.

Facility Rules: No animals or alcohol are permitted at the event.
