Pour célébrer ses 15 ans d'existence, CrossFit Oakdale organise FRAN XV le 5 décembre 2026 dans ses locaux d'Oakdale, en Californie. Cette compétition d'un jour remettra des ceintures de championnat spécifiques aux meilleures équipes et deux Rogue Strongman Sandbags aux vainqueurs.
L'épreuve réunit des équipes de quatre athlètes composées obligatoirement de deux hommes et deux femmes. Deux catégories sont proposées, RX et Scaled, au tarif unique de 250 USD par équipe.
Les inscriptions débutent le 1er octobre 2026 pour se clôturer le 29 novembre 2026. L'annonce du premier entraînement aura lieu le 28 octobre, avant la révélation progressive des autres épreuves.

Come celebrate 15 years of CrossFit Oakdale with FRAN XV, a one-day team competition built around community, competition, and a whole lot of fun!
Grab your crew, get ready to represent your gym and throw down in a celebration of everything that makes CrossFit special. FRAN XV will feature teams of 4 athletes - 2 guys 2 gals.
THE COMPETITION
