This is a great opportunity to come along and experience a HYROX Race with no pressure, test how you and your team mate work together in a HYROX environment, or test some strategy ahead of the big day.

Whether youre a seasoned racer, or getting ready for your first HYROX, this Race Simulation is for you.

What to expect duing HART HYROX Sim:

- Every station is set to official Hyrox standards as per your division

- The full 8 workout stations in the correct order

- 8x 500m Runs to gauge race day pacing but not burn out or ruin your training leading up to the big day

HART is an official Hyrox Affiliated Gym, offering all 9 Divisions for this Sim Event

All divisons available:

- Male and Female Open/ Pro

- Same Sex Doubles Open/ Pro

- Mixed Sex Doubles
