Teams of 3 | Same Sex | Intermediate, Advanced & Hybrid Divisions
The GRIT Stampede returns this October, a one day teams event built to test your fitness, teamwork, and resilience across a series of workouts.
Compete alongside your team of three (same sex) in a supportive, high energy environment that brings together athletes of every level. The day will feature multiple workouts, structured heats, quality judging, and plenty of atmosphere from the GRIT community.
Whether you're chasing the podium, practicing for DUC, or just love to throw down with your mates, the GRIT Stampede is the perfect opportunity to test your fitness and celebrate the work you've been putting in.
New this year — the Hybrid Division.
Not a CrossFit division — if you love working hard but hate the skill work, this one's built for you. Pure engine, pure effort, no olympic lifting or gymnastics required.
