CrossFit Llanelli Kids & Teens Competition

A fun and friendly CrossFit competition for kids and teens featuring 4 age-appropriate workouts. Categories include ages 3-4, 5-7, 8-11, 12-15, and 16-17.

Medals and prizes to be won in a supportive environment with a small prize / gift for all entries!

We’ve had so many requests to host a kids competition, and we’re so excited to finally say that the time has come! Our amazing Kids Coaches, Beca, Ayeisha and Gemma, are thrilled to be organising and running our very first Kids Competition. As the coaches who work with your children week in and week out, they know their abilities, understand how to bring out their best, and are passionate about helping every child succeed. This event is a fantastic opportunity for the children to showcase all the hard work, determination and progress they’ve made throughout the year. Whether they’re taking on their very first competition or simply enjoying the experience, it promises to be an exciting, confidence-building day for everyone involved.

All workouts will be carefully designed to be age-appropriate and will take place in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment. Workouts will be released beforehand.

Our goal is for every child to leave feeling proud of what they’ve achieved, regardless of the final result.
