EVENT STANDARDS:

ELITE DIVISION:

65/45kg DeadBall Clean 

Must be able to Jump onto Box height of 24/20 inch.

 

OPEN DIVISION:

45/35kg DeadBall Clean 

Step up and down on a 24/20 inch box. (jumping also allowed)
