AMRAP 4 Anna

CrossFit Rift Valley and Hampden County District Attorney Anthony Gulluni's third annual "Get Fit, Give Back" workout for charity is here! This year our cause is more important to us than ever before. Our beloved member, friend and 2x Valley Star, Anna Borowick, has been bravely and fiercely battling breast cancer. All proceeds will benefit Anna and costs associated with her treatment. Please join us for a workout that can accommodate all levels, abilities and no CrossFit experience required. 

Heats will run from 9:00am-1:00pm with local vendors and food trucks outdoors to shop as well. You do not have to participate in the workout portion of the event to shop vendors, donate, or show your support.

• Parking: On-street parking on Doty Circle. Please do not park in the DeRenzy lot abutting CrossFit Rift Valley.
• What to bring: Bring sneakers, a water bottle, jump rope (if you have one) and a positive attitude!
• Rules: Please no pets, and children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The "kids room" will not be available for unsupervised children. 
• Partner substitutions: Partner substitutes can be made at any time prior to the event. Please reach out via email to get a waiver signed for the new partner.
• Refunds: No refunds will be allowed after registration. 

Heat times will be posted on 9/7/26 after registration has closed. To request a heat time, please email staff@crossfitriftvalley.com .
