Wingman Duos HYROX Simulation Come challenge yourself alongside an amazing community.

Experience the thrill of a full HYROX race without leaving Western Massachusetts. The Wingman Duos HYROX Simulation is designed to recreate the official HYROX Doubles race experience as closely as possible, using the official race format, prescribed weights, dedicated judges, and professional event organization.

Whether you're preparing for your first HYROX, chasing a new personal best, or simply looking for an unforgettable challenge with a training partner, this event is for you.

What to Expect Official HYROX Doubles race format Official station order and prescribed weights Dedicated judges at every station Professionally timed event Full 8 × 1,000m outdoor run course Competition-style atmosphere Custom finisher medal for every athlete Water, electrolytes, and post-race snacks Finisher photo backdrop A welcoming and supportive community

Race Format Teams of two will complete the following sequence:

1,000m Run 1,000m SkiErg 1,000m Run 4 × 50ft Sled Push 1,000m Run 4 × 50ft Sled Pull 1,000m Run 6 × 50ft Burpee Broad Jump 1,000m Run 1,000m Row 1,000m Run 12 × 50ft Farmers Carry 1,000m Run 6 × 50ft Sandbag Lunges 1,000m Run 100 Wall Balls

Both teammates complete every run together. At each workout station, only one partner may work at a time, and the prescribed work may be divided however the team chooses. All divisions follow the official HYROX Doubles standards and prescribed weights.
