AMPs annual invitational event...
Teams of 3 - male/male/female RX and Scaled divisons 50+ teams guaranteed
$150 per team - includes t shirt and post comp food/drinks 4 workouts per team + finals for the top 4 teams from each division. Workouts:
Workout 1 + 2 24 minutes... 12 STOH 12 Box jumps 8 thrusters 8 burpee over bar 4 clusters 4 BBJ
Rx 95/65 Scaled 65/45
In the team of 3, always 2 people work, 1 rest. Each pair of movements is done 3 times total... partners assigned ABC. AB does 12-12, AC does 12-12, BC does 12-12... AB does 8-8... etc
Score is time
In remaining time - 1rm squat clean Score is total weight lifted for team
Workout 3 24 minute cap 12 rounds total (4 each) 10/8 row cals 10 KB snatch 10 SA KB OH lunge
1 work, 2 rest. A does full round, BC rest. B does full round, AC rest. C does full round, AB rest... x4 Rx 24/16kg Scaled 16/12kg Score is time
Workout 4 AMRAP24 40 cal bike erg 20 DB FR lunges 10 DB FR squats 40 cal ski 20 DB deadlifts 10 devils press
*each partner must run 1k each… once all done, 3 people to the AMRAP 2 working on AMRAP, 1 run.. until all 3 have completed run... then all 3 work YGIG on the AMRAP. Rx 50/35 Scaled 35/25
