Woodland Hybrid presents Yard Work!

Saturday 10th October

Teams of 4

12 Hours,

Every hour the clock resets.

At the top of every hour, all 4 team mates sets out on a 7.5km run (3 x 2.5km loops)

at the end of the first 2.5km 2 team mates drop from the run.

This is where the fun begins. They will start chipping away on bike erg distance.

At the end of the second 2.5km loop, 1 more team mate joins the bike team.

The final runner will set out to complete the 7.5km run.

Once they are back they can then join in on chipping away on accumulating bike erg distance.

The caveat. You fail to hit 7.5km run and 10km bike erg, you are out....

But you don't stop at 10km on the bike. Keep ticking those numbers up.

The team with the most metres on that bike or the last team standing will be declared the winner.

Look out, there may be spot prizes for fastest laps and runs.
