Tri-Hard Classic 2026

The Tri-Hard Classic is a 1 day, 2 person Team, 3 Event Hybrid Competition hosted by CrossFit Tier 1 in Greenville NC.  ALL ages and ALL fitness levels are welcome.  

Event 1 (The Anvil) 

Weightlifting/Strength event to be announced in early May

 

Event 2 (The Chase) 

A "HYROX Style race event to be announced after Memorial Day 

 

Event 3 (The Crucible) 

A Classic CrossFit Chipper Event to be announced in Early June 

There will be scaled and RX divisons with the following layout

NO REFUNDS after the your payment has been processed, however we will allow subsitutions with certain circumstances

Our head coach and programmer has an exercise physiology degree, A CrossFit level 2 certification, And over 12 years experience professionally in fitness. Everyone on our team is required to have a CrossFit level 1 certification and at least 40 hours of shadowing before we allow them to coach our community.
