Tier One Presents: DwyerFire 2026 - Supporting Gold Star Children

Tier 1 // CrossFit DBP is joining forces with DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR FOUNDATION to host a charity workout commemorating CW3 Steve Dwyer, in an effort to raise support for their mission "to provide unwavering support to Gold Star Children and help them discover the life-changing power of sport and fitness."

DWYERFIRE WOD is a workout that can be performed by anybody of any skill level, whether you need to scale the movements or wish to increase the difficulty. Our purpose, as a fully veteran owned and operated gym, is to raise money to benefit DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR FOUNDATION as they help advocate for an increase accessibility for Gold Star Children to pursue active, fit, healthy lifestyles. 

The Workout: 10 Rounds for Time: 12 Push-Ups 10 Deadlifts (135/115) 8 Pull-Ups 6 Front Squats (135/115)

Location: TIER ONE // CrossFit DBP, Sat Aug. 29th from 8:45am-12pm

Cost: $20 ages 16+, free for youth 15 and under. All proceeds go directly to DWYERFIRE GOLDSTAR FOUNDATION.

Registrations are transferrable but non-refundable. By registering you agree to attend the event, or send another person in your place.
