THE SUMMER GAMES

Join us in Saturday 5th June 2027 for a mixed  or same-sex 4’s competition! Based outside on our 70 acre site near Southampton Airport in Eastleigh, this competition is accessible to ALL abilities, and will see your team competing against others in 4 hybrid functional fitness events incorporating running, ergs, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags 4 person worms and sleds!

All workouts will take place outside on our massive 4G pitch nestled amongst the trees in the heart of the South Coast alongside our DJ’s summer beats! What a way to kick-start your summer!

We’ll have an indoor athlete chill-out zone as well as plenty of space to relax outside too, and our changing rooms will be open if you need them. We’ll be serving cold drinks, snacks and speciality coffee from our in-house coffee shop Coffee Box, and lunch goodies from our healthy hot food partner. 

Our podium winners in the mixed, all female and all feamle categories will win some incredible prizes, with the 1st place teams winning their share of our £1500 prize pot and goodies from LSKD!

Entry is £60 per person and can be purchased using the link below – places are very limited! No need to give your team names just yet, we’ll be in touch nearer the time.

Minimum Standards – The Summer Games has just one level and is suitable for all abilities!

We just ask that one member of your team can perform the following movements and weights (male/female) as a guide. This does not mean these specific movements will be featured, it’s just a guide:

Any 1 of your team of 4 should be able to do the following: •⁠ ⁠⁠Double under •⁠ ⁠⁠Dumbbell snatch and double dumbbell thruster 22.5kg/15kg (any sex can use either load just need a minimum of 1 athlete able to perform these) •⁠ ⁠⁠Russian kettlebell swing 24kg/16kg •⁠ ⁠⁠Move a 50kg/30kg sandbag •⁠ ⁠⁠Move a 100kg worm (as a team)

Other weights and movements the rest of the team will be required to do will be LESS than those above, you’ll be able to choose any member of the team to use the heaviest weight in each of the above movements. 

Workout demos and movement standards will be announced online in the week leading up to the competition.
