The Gauntlet is a true gauntlet-style competition format. Once a heat begins, teams progress through Workouts 1 through 4 on a fixed work/rest timeline.
Each team (or athlete) will:
- Start once
- Complete all workouts in sequence
- Finish their full gauntlet in approximately 40 minutes
- This format creates a fast-moving, high-energy, one-and-done competition experience!
LOCATION TCSC Kamloops 781 Notre Dame Drive
TEAMS OF 2 DIVISIONS Teams can be F/M, F/F OR M/M and will compete against each other regardless of composition. Workouts will be designed to ensure fairness across all combinations.

- Competitive Masters (Combined 70+ & Minimum 30+)
- Intermediate Masters (Combined 80+ & Minimum 35+)
- Recreational Masters (Combined 100+ & Minimum 40+)
- Legends (Combined 110+ & Minimum 50+)
- Youth (12 & Under)
- Teens (18 & Under)
KEY DATES
- Event Day: April 17, 2027
- Registration Opens: January 16, 2027
- Early Bird / Free T-Shirt Deadline: March 1, 2027
- Registration Closes / Last Day to Change Team or Division: April 3, 2027
- Workouts will be released throughout February.
WHAT'S INCLUDED ... HOW MANY WORKOUTS?
This is a "Gauntlet" Style format - meaning teams will complete workouts 1-4 in order on a specific timeline. Teams can expect to complete all 4 workouts within 40-minutes of their start time.
Swag Bag, Team Sign & Shirts for all athletes (must register prior to early bird deadline for shirt!)
PRIZES Medals & Awards for podium in all divisions
ESTIMATED EVENT TIMELINE
- First Heat Start Time 8:00am Start
- Final Heat Start Time 1:15pm Start
- Awards: 2:00pm
The earlier you register, the later you will compete within your division. Heats will be filled progressively within each division.
Final schedule will be posted closer to the event start date (or once registration sells out).
PAST EVENTS
REFUND POLICY
There will be NO refunds on registration, so once you register, you’re in! You will not get a refund if you get hurt or become otherwise unable to compete, but you can transfer your registration. Insurance can be purchased during registration.
