This one’s for you.
On December 5th, Starke is hosting another HYROX Simulation Event—perfect timing to get your engine ready for Vancouver!
This will be a FULL HYROX-style simulation, featuring all the classic HYROX movements and standards, with one twist: the ECHO Bike will substitute for running.
THE DETAILS
- Saturday, December 5th
- Heats every 10 minutes starting at 9:00 AM
- Approximately 60+ minutes
- PRO & OPEN Categories
- Solo or Team of 2
THE WORKOUT
ECHO Bike — Run Substitute
- Ski — 1000m
- Sled Push — 50m
- Sled Pull — 50m
- Burpee Broad Jumps — 80m
- Row — 1000m
- Farmers Carry — 200m
- Sandbag Lunges — 100m
- Wall Balls — 100
Teams of 2: Trade off whenever you want and share the workload however you choose.
