Monster Mash 2026

CrossFit Lehi presents, THE MONSTER MASH! We're bringing back our annual fall competition, and this year we're competing ON Halloween!

The Monster Mash is a single day, functional fitness style, competition designed to challenge athletes and test your fitness but keep it FUN and ACCESSIBLE!

This year we'll be hosting teams of 2!

DIVISIONS:

MM Rx - MM Intermediate - FF Rx - FF Intermediate

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE THE BEST ATHLETE TO COMPETE- YOU JUST HAVE TO BE WILLING TO SHOW UP AND SEE WHAT YOU'RE CAPABLE OF!

Costumes will not be required, but STRONGLY encouraged. There will be a costume competition with separate prizes!

There will be 3 separate workouts (each workout may have more than one score), and a possible surprise final (if necessary, i.e. a tie break OR if its really close).

Whether you're a seasoned competitor or you just enjoy a local throwdown, MONSTER MASH is for you!

Come get a little spooky, get a little sweaty, and help us bring a CrossFit Lehi tradition back from the dead!
