A Hyrox-inspired functional fitness race designed for every day athletes who want to test their endurance, strength and grit in a fun, competitive environment! 800m prior to each of the 8 stations: ski erg sled push sled drag burpee broad jumps rowing farmers carry lunges wallballs (substitutions might be made!)
Full format, standards and flow will be released. Divisions will be Pro M, Pro F, Pro MM, Pro FF, Pro Coed and Open M, Open F, Open MM, Open FF, Open Coed. The difference in the divisions will be adjustments in weights, sharing work and the option to share the running. For the CrossFitters, this would be similar seperation between RX and Scaled divisions.
Pro division athletes and individual Open athletes will include 800M by all athletes. Partner Open Divisions will have the option to share the 800M runs however they like.
Refunds will not be allowed, but substitutions will be up until Sept. 10.
