A cargo de Wildcard Strength & Conditioning en Coventry, Lift Off - Winter 2026 se celebrará el 21 de noviembre de 2026 con un formato centrado en la halterofilia. Los levantadores ejecutarán la arrancada (Snatch) y dos tiempos (Clean & Jerk), determinándose las clasificaciones finales mediante la fórmula Sinclair.
La participación es individual a través de tres categorías: Rookie Division, Intermediate Division y Open Division. El coste de inscripción es de 30 GBP para cualquiera de las divisiones disponibles.
El plazo de registro comienza el 28 de septiembre de 2026 y finaliza el 9 de noviembre de 2026. Al estructurar las divisiones según el nivel de fuerza y experiencia, la competición da cabida a debutantes, atletas intermedios y de nivel open estándar.

Lift Off is a high-energy Olympic weightlifting competition hosted by Wildcard Strength & Conditioning in Coventry. Designed for both first-time competitors and experienced lifters, the event combines serious lifting with a fun, community-focused atmosphere.
Athletes will compete in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, with final rankings based on Sinclair scoring. Divisions will be split by experience and strength level to keep competition fair, exciting and accessible for all standards of lifter.
Expect big lifts, loud support, great music and an atmosphere built to celebrate personal bests and competitive weightlifting without the pressure of a highly formal championship environment.
Whether you’re stepping onto the platform for the first time or chasing your biggest total yet, Lift Off is about challenging yourself and enjoying the sport alongside a strong community of lifters.
