En su séptima edición, IRONBOOT CLASSIC 7.0 JAN 23 2027 reúne a equipos de fitness funcional en Alexandria, Luisiana, el 23 de enero de 2027. Respaldado por organizadores con 15 años de trayectoria en el área de Cenla, el certamen programa cuatro pruebas puntuadas entre las 8:00 y las 14:00 tras una reunión técnica a las 7:00.
La competición se estructura en formaciones mixtas dentro de las divisiones RX MM/FF y SCALED MM/FF, con un coste de inscripción de 325 USD por equipo. Los eventos incluyen movimientos como peso muerto sincronizado, thrusters, arrancadas colgadas y ergómetros, y se publicarán con antelación para entrenarlos.

The Iron Boot Classic is a 4 person team competition that'll test your fitness and friendship!
2 Divisions RX/ SCALED 4 person team made up of 2 Male/2 Female 4 scored workouts
ATHLETE BREIFING @ 7AM
FIRST WOD STARTS @ 8AM
DONE BY 2PM.
Movements(potential for all but not limited to these):
- Box jump overs(24/20") step overs for scaled
- All dumbbell movements RX-50/35LB, SCALED 35/20LB
- Toes to bar(for RX- not at least one needs to be able to do them/scaled= knee ups
- assault bike
- rower
- team burpees
- synchro Thrusters- RX-95/65LB, SCALED-75/45LB
- Hang power cleans- RX- 135/85LB, SCALED-95/65LB
- Team synchro deadlifts- RX- 225/185LB, SCLAED-185/135LB
- Running
- Ski erg
- wallballs 20/14lb for both divisions
