Gymnasium Hyrox Simulation Wandsworth 11th October

This Hyrox simulation is designed to test a close to full Hyrox. So whether you're thinking about doing a Hyrox event or wanting to test your pacing for an upcoming race then this one's for you!

This includes a 200m total Farmers Carry (16kg/24kg), a heavy 100m sled push (scaled by division: 125kg MM/MF, 100kg FF), and high-rep lunges, burpees, and 100 wall balls to finish.

Heats start every 6 minutes with 4 pairs per heat, allowing for smooth flow and manageable floor space. You won't be waiting for equipment so your strategy can be tested out.
