Divisions: Individual + Doubles Format: 8 x 1K runs + Ski, Sled Push/Pull, Burpees, Row, Farmer’s Carry, Lunges, Wall Balls

Heats are assigned based on previous HYROX or 5K times for optimal race flow.

Expect a high-energy, race-day environment to test your pacing, strategy, and grit.
