Para su 11.ª edición, el Flare Fitness Festival 2026 regresa a la emblemática Green Island en Kuwait, celebrándose a lo largo de tres jornadas del 19 al 21 de noviembre de 2026.
La competición presenta formatos individuales y de equipos de dos integrantes. De manera individual se puede competir en THE NEXTGEN y en THE HEAT: ELITE INDIVIDUALS. Las parejas masculinas y femeninas disponen de las divisiones THE BARBELL, THE FITNESS FACE-OFF, THE GRAVITY, THE ROWATHON y THE HEAT: ELITE TEAMS. Las tarifas oscilan entre 89 USD y 199 USD según la prueba.
El periodo de inscripción comienza el 31 de julio de 2026 y finaliza el 18 de noviembre de 2026, convocando a participantes de nivel elite y competidores orientados a diversas disciplinas físicas.

After a decade of dropping jaws and setting PRs, the region's premier functional fitness festival is heading back to the iconic Green Island, Kuwait from November 19–21, 2026. Expect three action-packed days of pure, high-octane sweat, steel, and island vibes!
