Grab your training partner and get ready to throw down at Fittest of the Valley — a one-day CrossFit competition featuring 2-person same-sex teams battling through 5 challenging events designed to test strength, conditioning, grit, teamwork, and strategy.
Divisions include: 🔥 RX Male 🔥 RX Female ⚡ Scaled Male ⚡ Scaled Female
Whether you’re chasing the podium or looking to challenge yourself alongside your teammate, this event is built for athletes of all competitive levels. Expect a full day of high-energy competition, great community atmosphere, and workouts that will push you to earn the title of the Fittest of the Valley.
