This isn’t your average comp. This is 4 workouts named after the dumbest ways to go out... and you’re gonna do them all in one day!

THE FORMAT

- Teams: Same-sex pairs

- Divisions: RX + OPEN - something for everyone

- Workouts: 4 total

 2. *SHARK BITE* 

 3. *FREEFALL* 

 4. *MIXING SHOTS*

 

 

RX STANDARDS:

THRUSTERS Male (43,52,61,70kg) Female (30,35,41,48kg) (increases in stages, if you make it!)

SNATCH  Male (50-56kg Max) Female (35-41kg Max)

GYMNASTICS HSPU, Pull Ups, TTB, C2B, DU's (atleast 1 athete to do BMU)

OTHER MOVEMENTS KB weight 24/16kg, Wall Ball 9/6kg, Row, Assault bike

 

 

 

OPEN STANDARDS:

THRUSTERS Male (30,36,43,51kg) Female (20,25,32,40kg) (increases in stages, if you make it!)

SNATCH Male (35-41kg Max) Female (25-31kg Max)

GYMNASTICS Kick Ups to the wall, Pull Ups, Knee raises, SU's (atleast 1 athete to do C2B)

OTHER MOVEMENTS KB weight 16/12kg, Wall Balls 6/3kg, Row, Assault bike

 

 

PODIUMS:

4 Podiums total:  M/F RX and M/F Open

TIE BREAKERS: 

In the event of a podium tie breaker we have programmed a 3min Max reps if this shall be required.
