- Vendors and Athlete Check-In begin at 6:00 PM

- Athlete briefing begins at 6:45 PM

- First Heat for Indy begins at approximately 8:15 PM

- Individual SOLO Competition

- Glow Necklaces and Bracelets Provided

- Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division.

Complete workout details, movement standards and heat assignments will be announced before race day.
