Con una estructura dinámica de tres entrenamientos en una ventana de 2 horas y media, Boundary Winter Games 2027 se disputará el 30 de enero de 2027 en las instalaciones de Boundary Belfast. Las pruebas se revelarán a lo largo de las dos semanas previas a la cita.
La competición reúne a equipos mixtos de tres participantes (dos hombres y una mujer) en las divisiones Fitness, Intermediate y RX. La cuota de inscripción es de 145 GBP por equipo para cualquier categoría, y habrá bolsas de regalos y premios para quienes alcancen el podio.
El registro abre el 26 de octubre de 2026 y cierra el 24 de enero de 2027, abierto tanto a socios como a no socios.

NEW FORMAT 3 Workouts in a 2.5 hour window! Podium Spots for each division. Divisions: RX/Interm/Fitness Mixed Teams 2 Male & 1 Female

Movement Standards
Intermediate standards: will be T2B, Pull ups (kipping or strict, butterfly pull ups will be permitted in the intermediate division). Double unders, Wall Walks, prescribed weights e.g. Up to 30/50KG Thrusters, Up to 35/60KG Snatches, Up to 40/70KG Power Cleans, Dumbells 15/22.5KG. *Only two of the team members will be need to perform each movement. (Weights may be heavier in a increasing weight style workout)
RX standards - only 2 of the 3 team members will need to complete the higher skill gymnastics such as bar muscle ups, hspu. Example weights will be e.g. 40/70KG thrusters/snatch, dual DB etc.
Fitness standards - bodyweight movements, 20/30KG thrusters, 25/40kg Power Cleans, 55/80KG deadlifts, 10/15KG Dumbell.
Competition is open to both members and non-members.
Location: Boundary Belfast
Team members can be substitued up to 1 week prior to the competition. Workouts will be released over a two week period prior to the competition.
If previously competed as an RX athlete or completed the Open RX then we want you to sign up to an RX team.
