The dust has settled on Series 01, but we aren't slowing down. CrossFit BHØX is back with the next chapter of our signature competition series—and this time, it’s mixed sex pairs!

Welcome to BHØX Series 02: Mixed Sex Pairs.

Forget your standard weekend throwdown. This is a tactical execution of teamwork under fire. It's a calculated test of how well you and your partner operate under pressure.

Success on this floor requires a flawless balance of pacing, power, and real-time communication. To move up the leaderboard, you’ll need to play to each other's strengths and adapt on the fly. Whether you’re stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or you're a seasoned athlete aiming for the top of the RX division, Series 02 is where you see what your partnership can actually deliver.

Forget "random" intensity. PRGRS has designed a clinical mix of Olympic lifting, high-skill gymnastics, and engine-building conditioning. These stimulus-driven tests are meticulously calculated to ensure the most adaptable, well-rounded pairs rise to the top, while keeping the workouts incredibly rewarding and accessible for both Scaled and RX athletes.

The Venue & Fuel Located right in the heart of Birmingham, BHØX is the city centre's premier functional fitness facility. You'll be throwing down using world-class equipment, and when the dust settles, we've got you covered. We'll have full food and drink options locked and loaded on-site to keep athletes and spectators fueled up and hydrated throughout the entire day (keep your eyes peeled for the menu reveal).
