HYROX-Style Simulation & Competition Get ready to put your fitness to the test with a full HYROX 8-station competition.

DIVISIONS Singles - Open or Pro

Doubles - Open, Pro, Mixed Open registration: 7:00am

• Heats will take place between 8:00am-9:00am

Pro/Mixed registration: 12:00pm

• Heats will take place between 1:00pm-2:00pm.

Heat assignments and race-day information will be provided to registered athletes prior to the event.

EVENT DATE & WEATHER Saturday, September 19

The competition will utilize a mixed indoor/outdoor setup.

In the event of rain or weather conditions that prevent us from safely holding the competition on Saturday, the event will be moved to Sunday, September 20.

REGISTRATION & T-SHIRTS Register by 9/7 to guarantee shirt. 

NO REFUNDS All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

SUBSTITUTIONS Substitutions are allowed if a registered athlete is unable to participate.

For Doubles teams, a team member may be replaced by another eligible athlete. Substitutions must be communicated to the event organizers prior to race day and will require updated registration and waiver information.

Please notify the event organizers as soon as possible if a substitution is needed.

AWARDS & PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to place finishers in each eligible division.
