Weightlifting competition featuring Snatch and Clean and Jerk events scored using the Sinclair Formula. Divisions include Men's and Women's Open, Masters 40+, and Youth 17 and Under. Registration fee is $80 for Open and Masters, and FREE for Youth competitors.
The Event will be done with "FLIGHTS" or on a round robin cycle
Athlete will have a 45 second window to complete a lift once weight is set and is announced.
As a non Sanctioned Meet We will not be enforcing the "Press Out Rule"
We will be enforcing the following, Athlete must stay in designated lifting area. Feet are the only portion of the body that may touch the floor.
Lifters will lift in groups based on Total rather than division and weight class
Order will be based on Opener Weight
Order will be reseeded after each flight.
Openers will be able to be changed up until first lifter of each flight goes
Lifters will not be able to change their flight starts
