Barbells & Badasses — Women’s Only Lifting Event Barbells & Badasses is a women’s-only lifting competition built around strength, teamwork, and having a damn good time. Grab a partner and come ready to compete in a team-of-two format featuring three lifting/strength events, with a floater event if needed. The workouts will test different aspects of strength and fitness while keeping the competition fun and accessible. November 14, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM 📍 S3 Strength & Fitness Whether you’re an experienced lifter or just ready to challenge yourself, this event is about strong women showing up, throwing some weight around, and pushing each other to be better.
