Alpha Tour: Your Community Board is Live!
Since you’re already part of Alpha Tour, we wanted a central spot where everyone can hang out virtually and see how they’re doing. We’re using this page as a community leaderboard, a place for you to log your PRs, track your season progress, and see how the rest of Alpha crew is moving.
No chips, no refs, no stress. Just a spot to put your name on the board and keep the fire going.
The Challenges
- Alpha Strong This is where heavy meets hard. We’ve blended 4 kilometers of running with functional strength stations that demand raw power under fatigue. Between the sleds, deadlifts, and heavy carries, this format is built to expose your grit and reward those who can stay explosive when the lungs start to burn.
- Alpha Endurance A pure, high-volume engine test. You’re looking at a relentless 8-kilometer run total, broken up by 2 kilometers on the SkiErg and 2 kilometers on the RowErg. With all strength work stripped away, this one is a deep dive into your consistency, pacing, and mental stamina over a massive 12-kilometer hybrid distance.
- Alpha Power The ultimate sprint for the explosive athlete. This format cranks up the intensity by pairing 2 kilometers of total running with high-skill movements and barbell work. With burpee broad jumps, burpee box jump overs, clean and jerks, power snatches, and a high-volume jump rope finish, it’s a total-body test of speed and efficiency that leaves zero room for hesitation.
Keeping it Real (The Rules)
Because this is a community-driven league, we operate on a "your workout, your word" basis:
- Self-Reported: This is a 100% manual leaderboard. You’re the one timing the session and hitting "submit" on your score. Zero Verification: Organizers aren't checking tapes or verifying times. We’re here for the fun of it, and we trust Alpha community to keep it honest. Just for You: Use this to track your own growth and stay motivated. It’s all about seeing where you stand today so you can beat that version of yourself tomorrow.
Log your latest session, track your gains, and let’s see those numbers!
