AF TEAM THROWDOWN 2026

Join us for Our 4th Annual AF Team Throwdown!

This will be our biggest and best competition yet! Expect some OG CrossFit, strongman/tactical implements (axle bars, sandbags), a heavy barbell, grunt work, and lots of strategy!

This year we will be hosting the competition at our 2nd location in Buckhannon, WV!

While we cannot provide refunds, we will allow substitutions for teammates. Our workouts will be released monthly leading up to the event.

For the divisions, think Open Standards.

RX - At least one teammate complete all workouts and movements RX. (Excluding muscle ups)

Scaled - Typically compeletes workouts scaled and/or with lighter weights.

Our 2026 AF Team Throwdown! Bigger and better than ever before! This competition will be OG CrossFit with some strongman/tactical implements added in. Expect sandbags, axle bars, some Gymnastics movements, a heavy barbell, and a lot of grunt work. This year we will be hosting on-site at our new location in Buckhannon, West Virginia!
