There are no strength or technical skill requirements – the only thing that matters is what you and your team can accomplish with a RowErg, a BikeErg, and a SkiErg. It’s all about moving, working together, and having fun. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this is a competition where everyone has the opportunity to perform at their best level.
