WODAPTIVE is proud to present a selection of adaptive functional fitness competitions. We are a community passionate about providing para-adaptive athletes of all levels with the opportunity to compete in a fair and inclusive environment. Our mission is to educate, inspire, and empower individuals within the adaptive community to reach their full potential. We aim to create truly inclusive competitions that allow athletes to compete while raising awareness and understanding of disability fitness, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. Adaptive training involves constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, but in unconventional ways. Whether you compete as a Male/Male, Female/Female, or Male/Female team — including the same structure for seated divisions — it’s your team against the rest. A disability does not define you; you define yourself.
