We are excited to host the Vanguard Gauntlet partner competition! This is a partner CrossFit competition featuring teams of 2 (MM or FF) in Rx and Scaled divisions. The event consists of 3 workouts plus a floater, with Workout 1 featuring two scored parts. Movements include thrusters, rope climbs, echo bike, muscle ups (Rx), pull-ups (scaled), hspu, snatch, clean and jerk, wall walks, deadlifts, lunges, toes to bar (Rx), and knee raises (scaled). Cash and other prizes for podium finishers.Event 1 begins at 9am and the competition concludes by 2:00pm with prizes announced following.
Workouts will be released in the weeks leading up to the competition, with demo videos and complete rules and scoring details.
