The Standard: Double Down

THE STANDARD: DOUBLE DOWN is a mixed-pairs CrossFit competition hosted by CrossFit Bosham on 10 October 2026.

Built for everyday CrossFit athletes, the competition offers two divisions — Foundations and Everyday — giving athletes the opportunity to compete at the level that suits them.

Teams consist of one male and one female athlete and will take on four competition events across a full day, with every team completing the same events within their division.

Expect well-designed workouts, professional judging, clear standards and a proper competition atmosphere — whether this is your first competition or you're a regular on the competition floor.
