CrossFit SoChac in Austin, Texas veranstaltet am 7. November 2026 The Phoenix 2026. Der Wettkampftag richtet sich sowohl an Athleten mit Wettkampferfahrung als auch an Einsteiger bei ihrem ersten Wettkampf. Alle Teams bestreiten drei Workouts, woraufhin die vier besten Teams jeder Kategorie in das Finale einziehen.
Der Wettbewerb wird in Zweierteams gleichen Geschlechts (M/M oder F/F) ausgetragen. Zur Auswahl stehen die Divisionen Scaled Female, Scaled Male, Intermediate Female und Intermediate Male zu einem Startpreis von 185 USD pro Team.
Die Registrierung öffnet am 1. September 2026 und endet am 3. November 2026. Die Teilnahme ist ab 14 Jahren mit Zustimmung der Eltern möglich.

The Phoenix is a partner competition created for Intermediate and Scaled competitors. This event is designed to be challenging and fun for the athlete with competitive experience as well as those wanting to try their first competition.
Teams of (M/M, F/F) pairs will take on three events throughout the day. The top four teams in each division will advance to the finals.

FAQs
Will the workouts be released? Yes, they will be released during early registration.
Where is the event taking place? CrossFit SoChac 11600 Manchaca Rd #301, Austin, TX 78748 Is there an age limit to compete? Yes. With parent’s signature you can compete from age 14+.
What should I bring? There will be an athlete area just outside the bay doors. Bring tents, chairs, towels, blankets, food, water, basically anything to make you comfortable between workouts.
Parking Participants will receive an aerial map with marked designated parking around the building. Refunds & Athlete Changes No refunds. In the event an athlete is unable to compete, no matter the circumstance, you may sub however we must be notified via email prior to the event info@crossfitsochac.com The new team members will need to complete a waiver.
