We're heading back to Malta on 15th-16th May 2027 for another EPIC 2 days of fitness under the sun. 

There are three categories to choose from:

• Everyday

• Intermediate

• Elite

Teams must be made up of two males and two females. With a number of workouts across the weekend, expect barbells, dumbbells and a variety of different movements alongside the sun, sea and sand aimed at testing all aspects of fitness and teamwork.
