The Iron Harvest Throwdown

Iron Harvest Throwdown The Iron Harvest Throwdown is a 2-person team CrossFit competition hosted by CrossFit Iron & Ash. Divisions Scaled Intermediate RX Teams may register as: Male/Male Female/Female Male/Female To help ensure fair competition, CrossFit Iron & Ash reserves the right to review and adjust a team's division placement. The registration fee is $140 per team. Each registered athlete will receive an event t-shirt if registration is completed by October 9th. Team Cap The competition is limited to 42 total teams. Registration will close once the 42-team cap has been reached, regardless of the registration deadline.
