One hour. Three rounds. Thousands of meters. How far can you go?

The ErGauntlet is a unique endurance challenge that combines running, strategy, and relentless erg work into a race against the clock. Whether you're competing solo or as part of a mixed pair, success will depend on your ability to push hard, pace smart, and keep moving when fatigue sets in.

EVENT FORMAT 3 x 20-minute intervals for max distance.

Each interval starts with a 1200m run (synchronized if in pairs).

Then move immediately to accumulate as many meters as possible on the Row Erg.

Repeat this for both the Ski Erg & Bike Erg.

Score = total meterage covered across all 3 Ergs

DIVISIONS Solos

One athlete. One score. No hiding.

Mixed Pairs

Run together. Share the erg work however you choose. Combine your strengths to chase the biggest score possible.

SCORING Score = Total erg meters accumulated across all 3 rounds Highest score wins
